This customer had purchased a mobile home park.  They wanted to know how many units they could fit on the lot, based on simple zoning constraints.  I helped create a layout, and later pluming, electrical, and civil construction estimates for the project.

Custom Furniture Sink Piece

This was a fun one!

The customer purchased this used porcelain sink from an antique store.  They wanted to design and build a unique sink furniture piece to fit their space, and the sink its self.

Los Angeles Skyscraper

I was hired to help perform field dimensions, designs, quantity takeoffs, fabrication drawings, and install drawings for over 300 handrails, and over a mile of hail rail runs across 2 residential towers now constructed in downtown Los Angeles.
